WHO?- Rebecca Puemate
WHAT?-Got tripped by Ivan Cortez (on accident)
HOW?-Playing football.
WHERE?- The P.E. field.
WHY?- It was accidental
WHEN?-During P.E.
Rebecca "BECKY" Puempa was playing was in second perion P.E. and they passed the ball to her, so Ivan Cortez wanted to take the ball away from Rebecca. Ivan Cortez kicked her accidently for the ball. Rebecca fell and she stayed on the floorand strated crying. Rebecca was grabing her arm. Mr. Smith and Mr. Parks were eating and they saw Rebecca Puemate crying and they JUMP-UP to her, and miss rapp was trying to call home. At home there was Rebecca's sister and brother. Miss Rapp let Rebecca sister and brother what happend at school. Miss Rapp has been trying to contact Rebeccas mom.

Rebecca Puemate is in the hospital, in the EMERGENCY ROOM, doctors say that she is OK,
